• Generates and monitors required reports and logs.
• Manages currency processor documentation to retention guidelines.
• Inspects team paperwork for completion and accuracy.
• Work with Field Engineers to diagnose technical issues with processing machines.
• Communicates with staff and management to resolve problems and keep management informed.
• Monitors the valuables handling environment, conducts audits, and suggests improvements.
• Completes ad-hoc project work as directed by supervisors or manager.
