Job summary

Incredible Food and Fun is seeking a diligent Cash Manager to oversee nightly cash-handling, reconcile drawers, and manage deposits. You will review labor information, generate reports, and help secure the store after closing. This role requires accuracy, independence, and strong communication with leadership.

The position is hourly with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Pull and reconcile cash drawers during nightly closing procedures.
• Pull and count cash from kiosks and other designated cash-handling areas.
• Count and reset all cash drawers to the required starting amount.
• Count, prepare, and verify nightly deposits.
• Reconcile the safe and verify required cash levels and drawer amounts.
• Identify and report cash discrepancies to management.
• Verify that employees have properly clocked out at the end of their shifts.
• Run and report labor statistics accurately.
• Print, save, email, and maintain required nightly reports.
• Follow all established cash-handling, deposit, and security procedures.
• Secure the building at closing, including setting alarms and locking designated entrances.
• Occasionally assist with delivering deposits when assigned.
• Maintain accurate and organized cash-office records.
• Keep the Cash Office clean, secure, and organized.
• Follow all company policies regarding confidential financial information.
• Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and corporate leadership.
• Assist store leadership with additional closing or operational duties as needed

Position Description

As the Cash Manager at Incredible Food and Fun, you will be responsible for overseeing nightly cash-handling procedures, reconciling cash drawers and deposits, reviewing labor information, completing required reports, and helping ensure the store is properly secured at the end of the night.

This position requires a high level of accuracy, responsibility, organization, and trust. The Cash Manager is expected to work independently while maintaining strong communication with store leadership and supporting a positive, team-focused environment.

Because this position involves significant cash-handling responsibilities, a background check may be required prior to performing cash-handling duties.

This is an hourly position with a flexible schedule. Evening and weekend availability is required due to the closing responsibilities of the position.
