Job summary

Loomis is seeking a Cash Management Services Manager to provide operational leadership of the CMS team and oversee daily direction. The role focuses on secure handling of funds and maintaining system integrity across branches and customers.

The position requires leadership experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel occasionally for company and client meetings. Salary ranges reflect the responsibilities of managing cash vault operations and CMS services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a cash vault.
• College degree is preferred.
• Loomis systems knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills (verbal & written) required.
• Background/experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for Company, District and/or Customer meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Providing services to banks, commercial and corporate customers
• Ensure accountability and security of all funds transiting the department
• Serve as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters and commercial customers to identify and resolve problems
• Ensure that operating systems and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Develop plans to reduce or eliminate operational efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain a quality team.
