Loomis US in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Cash Management Service Teller Lead to supervise cash operations in a vaulted facility, manage deposits, inventory, and staff performance, and ensure security and accuracy in all cash movement.

You will schedule staffing to meet productivity goals, coach CMS personnel, and collaborate with internal and banking partners to resolve discrepancies; the role offers hourly pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Physically capable to bend, squat, stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workflow of cash operations within a vaulted facility, including deposit/ATM residual cash verification and currency/coin inventory management.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure accountability and security of all funds in transit.
• Schedule staffing to meet productivity goals and approve exception processing.
• Provide training and coaching to CMS personnel.
• Report disciplinary actions and observe corrective action plans.
