Qualifications

• 2–3 years of cash-handling experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, reconciliation and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Teamwork with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify currency counts from collections, ATM replenishments, and redemption machines.
• Enter cash receipts with proper coding and filing to maintain accurate records.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and cash on hand.
• Manage vault inventory and maintain accurate counts.
• Research and reconcile unidentified cash or variances found.
• Operate cash logistics systems and computer-assisted currency processing equipment.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve processing issues.
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
