Allied Universal’s Cash Services division seeks an Inventory Operations Analyst, Service Delivery to manage daily cash inventory operations for retail clients, including the ordering process with banks. You will investigate and resolve inventory differences and provide reconciliation analyses with banks, transport providers, and customers.

The role emphasizes forecasting cash usage, problem solving, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of professional or educational experience in business, finance, or accounting.
• Experience reconciling general ledger accounts and analyzing variances.
• Experience creating and delivering dynamic presentations.

Responsibilities

• Forecast cash usage of retail clients; troubleshoot issues and respond to customer inquiries
• Investigate and provide resolution to cash inventory differences between customers, banks, and armored transport providers
• Provide in-depth reconciliation analysis with banks/transport providers/customers
