Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Treasury Analyst in Houston to support treasury operations, cash management, and forecasting. The role involves monitoring cash activity, preparing cash flow forecasts, and producing analysis for budgeting and management reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in treasury/FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with month-end close and ERP systems. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities across Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong cash management and forecasting experience.
Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute daily cash position reports.
Monitor daily cash activity and support cash management processes.
Assist with month-end close activities, including cash-related journal entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts and 13-week cash flow projections.
Analyze cash trends, forecast variances, and working capital drivers.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
Prepare financial analyses, reports, and KPI dashboards for management.
