Job summary

M&D is seeking an Accounting Analyst in Humble, TX to convert financial data into forecasts, reporting, and insight. This role owns cash-flow forecasting and treasury reporting across a multi-entity environment and drives automation for a fast, modern close.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in FP&A or accounting, strong Excel/data skills, and experience with ERP systems. A degree in accounting or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years in an analyst, FP&A, or accounting role.
• Advanced Excel; strong data and modeling skills; cash-forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Cash-flow forecasting & treasury reporting for multi-entity operations.
• Management reporting, KPI dashboards, and lender/PE sponsor reporting.
• Automation and data quality across ERP systems (Epicor Prelude, Dynamics 365 BC, BlackLine).
