Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Pass background check with Illinois Gaming Board (fingerprinting).

Responsibilities

• Setting redemption loads for video gaming terminals (VGT's) and redemption terminals (RT's).
• Replenishing cassettes, installing, maintaining and servicing amusement and video gaming equipment located in contracted establishments.
• Enforcing established rules and procedures intended to protect employees and customers.
• Maintain exceptional Customer Service with location staff and patrons.
• Assisting in other areas as needed.
