You will engage with customers, process transactions, and keep the sales floor clean and organized while supporting merchandising standards and loyalty programs. Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adheres to all operating, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed and maintains store cleanliness and safety.
• Supports store labor policies and participates in loss prevention programs.
