Colonial Group in New Jersey is seeking a Cash Application Supervisor to lead the cash application team, ensure accurate posting of customer payments, and support accounts receivable processes, cash flow, and customer service.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business, 5+ years in AR or cash application, 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong ERP (VIP) and Excel skills, and a proactive, detail‑driven leadership style.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts receivable or cash application.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage the cash application team.
• Oversee accurate and timely posting of customer payments and allocation to invoices.
• Identify inefficiencies and collaborate on process improvements and automation.
• Act as liaison with collections and customers to resolve payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls and support audits.
