Job summary

The State of South Carolina invites you to join its Vocational Rehabilitation Department to support meaningful outcomes for consumers. In this role you will perform administrative duties for assigned caseloads, assist counselors with caseload management, and help move cases through the rehabilitation process toward successful employment outcomes.

You will assemble and organize case files, request pertinent information, complete referrals, assist counselors with maintaining regular consumer

Qualifications

• Experience performing clerical duties in a professional setting.
• Strong grasp of grammar, formatting, and clerical standards.
• Ability to assemble, organize, and manage case files.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative duties for assigned caseloads.
• Assist counselors with caseload management to ensure service delivery.
• Assist with maintaining regular contact with consumers and scheduling appointments.
• Complete referrals to internal and external service providers.
