West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. is seeking a CaseWorker to operate under the Clinical Coordinator, building 1:1 resident relationships to provide a spectrum of services that foster safe, independent living in the community.
This full-time, on-site role in New York emphasizes documentation, service planning, and direct resident support, with team meetings and trainings to ensure quality care for aging residents.
The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is a community‑based organization whose mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting which enhances the independence and dignity of each person. WSFSSH develops, manages, and provides housing for low‑income older persons, many of whom live with mental illness and/or have experienced homelessness.
The CaseWorkeris expected to work under the guidance ofthe Clinical Coordinator. They willdevelop 1:1relationshipswith the residents which will enable them to provide arangeservices to the residents which enable the residents to establishand maintain safe and independent lives in the community.
Please Note:This is a full-time position (5) days a week on-site.
