Job summary

FlexCold LLC is seeking a Case Selector to accurately prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will select merchandise from racks using a handheld WMS system, build and stage orders, and securely palletize products for transport.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible scheduling including weekends, and the ability to work in cold temperatures with provided PPE. Safety and efficiency are top priorities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years operating warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing PPE and freezer gear.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Ability to access elevated product up to 50 ft in safety cage.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory and cycle counts as needed.
• Manually wrap or operate a shrink-wrap machine to securely prepare products for shipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company, regulatory, and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Join the Flexcold team as a Case Selector and play an important role in accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. This position is responsible for selecting products, building and securing pallets, staging orders, and operating pallet jack equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years’ operating warehouse equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Awareness of the safety and official procedures for handling goods and supplies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear.
• Ability to tolerate heights up to 50 ft and be able to access elevated product from inside safety cage.
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet set targets and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
