Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker in Morris, Illinois, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about. The position runs Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm with OT availability. Base pay is $21.75/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Employees work in clean, well-run facilities supporting U.S. distribution. Duties include picking, palletizing, operating material handling equipment, cycle counting, and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to read location and product codes.
• Follow GMP requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships across the organization.
• Multitasking, highly organized, with good time management.
• Detail oriented with follow-up accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
