Ryder System, Inc. in Frankfort, IN is hiring a Case Picker Associate with weekly pay and strong benefits. You will pick products, palletize and operate equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to safe, efficient distribution across the US.

The role offers paid training, health/dental/vision, 401(k) and PTO from month one. Ideal candidates have 1+ year warehouse experience and solid math/communication skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet GMP requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
• Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsabilidades

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
