Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a 1st shift warehouse role in Terrell, TX. Pay is $17 an hour + case pay, with responsibilities including pallet jack operation to assemble orders and deliver products to designated areas.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, labeling materials, opening boxes, picking products, and updating inventory. You may work with other machinery and handle varying temperatures while adhering to company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required.
• Work in cold or dry storage temperatures and wear PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs/18 kg.
• Flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Able to work around varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following safety standards.
• Deliver product to required areas and inspect pallet jack before use.
• Mark materials with identifying information and open boxes when needed.
• Pick products and ensure correct lot numbers/products codes.
• Record material quantities to update inventory using site equipment.
• Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly and report damaged products.

Job description

Shift - 1st shift Pay - $17 an hour + Case Pay Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area.

• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary
• Pick products and make sure it shows the correct selection of lot numbers/product codes
• Record amount of material using site specific equipment to update inventory
• Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
