Job summary

Sysco Minnesota is seeking a Case Packer to prepare products for shipment in a production warehouse. Responsibilities include cleaning packaging materials, loading items, weighing and labeling, and performing final quality checks to ensure only good items move to the pick and pack area.

Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in a production environment; HACCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify product quality and correct labeling.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Confirm product counts at end of line.
• Confirm proper code date on product.
• Organize finished product onto bread racks for change over to pick pack area.
• Document and maintain records on item production counts.
