Using a non-judgmental, harm-reduction approach, staff model and guide residents to create and meet personalized recovery goals, develop independent living skills, and live in a healthy and secure manner. The Case Manager is the most senior level of direct care staff working within the Jewish Board’s supportive housing programs to help residents live in the community as independently as possible.
