Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager in Florida to oversee care coordination, utilization review, discharge planning, and patient advocacy while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Active Florida RN license is required, with an Associate Degree in Nursing and 3+ years in acute care case management. BSN preferred; various clinical backgrounds will be considered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active FL RN License or Compact License.
• Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• 3+ years of recent Case Management experience in Acute Care.
• Will consider candidates from Med/Surg, Tele, Neuro, ICU, PCU, ED, Home Health, or Insurance Case Management backgrounds.

Compensations:

• Pay: $31.94 - $43.92/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differential: Evening $2.50/hr | Weekend $2.00/hr
