Qualifications

• Current RN License: Valid and active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• At least one year of experience in a home health setting, or related area, with strong assessment skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
• Proficient in computer and internet-based applications, as well as office equipment.
• Competent working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and sanction screening.
• Professional demeanor and appearance are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of nursing care, home health aide services, and applicable therapies once approved by the Department of Labor.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and office records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and the Privacy Act PHI.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among the care team to provide cohesive and comprehensive care.
