Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Palo Alto, CA. You will coordinate continuum of care for assigned patients, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to medical regimens.

This role requires current RN licensure, at least one year of case management experience, CPR when applicable, and all required health and regulatory certifications. Travel nurses bring flexibility and strong patient advocacy.

The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinatingcontinuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimumutilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with medical regime.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current RN licensurein state practicing

• At least one year of Case Management experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
