Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Remote RN Case Manager for its Costco Team. This full-time, work-from-home role focuses on assessments, care planning, and coordination to improve members’ health outcomes.

You’ll conduct telephonic and occasional in-person assessments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to remove barriers to care, all while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted multistate RN license in state of residence.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to work the required schedule.

Remote RN Case Manager (Costco Team)

Full‑Time | Monday–Friday 8:00am -5:00pm CST | No Weekends or Holidays | Occasional rotation to 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

Join our Costco team as a Remote RN Case Manager, where you’ll play a key role in helping members achieve better health outcomes through compassionate, coordinated care.

What You’ll Do

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$60,522.00 - $129,615.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
