We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate VA Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis in beautiful Colorado. This is a minimum 1-year contract position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and rewarding environment that values excellence in patient care.
As a VA Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to veterans, including administering medications, performing assessments, and coordinating care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to veterans in a variety of settings.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and nursing standards.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 2-year RN hospital experience.
- Experience working in a VA or similar healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and commit to a minimum of a 1-year contract.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
