KSA Integration is a government contractor providing medical case management support to sustain IMR for OH Army National Guard Soldiers across six brigades, working with Army systems like MEDPROS, MODS, eCase, MEDCHART, and HRR. The MEB Case Manager owns the Medical Evaluation Board and Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) caseload.

When a Soldier’s condition changes their career, the packet is compiled, tracked, and ensured for timely action.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of case management or medical readiness experience.
• Experience with disability evaluation, MEB/IDES, profiles, or comparable medical-administrative processes.
• Proven accuracy managing document-heavy caseloads with hard deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain CAC with favorable background.
• Ability to complete required Government training (HIPAA, DHA portals, i.e. DHA-US298/299/001; AT Level 1; OPSEC Level 1; PII; CUI; iWATCH; TARP; MHS Genesis).
• Ability to handle PHI/PII correctly under HIPAA and Privacy Act.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and clear communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Army medical readiness systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Compile required documentation for Soldiers entering the IDES/MEB process (PWS 5.1.8); build complete, accurate packets the first time.
• Track each MEB/IDES case through every stage; follow up with providers, units, and Soldiers to keep cases moving.
• Maintain MEB case data across eCase, MODS, MEDCHART, MEDPROS, and the HRR so all systems agree.
• Coordinate with unit Medical Readiness NCOs and the State Surgeon’s Office on case status and required actions.
• Process Release of Information (ROI) requests tied to MEB cases, including the 30-day provider follow-up.
• Prepare case status reports for bi-monthly case reviews.
• Protect PHI and PII in every step of packet handling.

Position Overview

This position supports the OHARNG Medical Case Management Services as a Case Manager. KSA Integration LLC provides non-clinical medical case management support to sustain Individual Medical Readiness for approximately 9,549 Ohio Army National Guard Soldiers across six brigades, working in the Army systems of record (MEDPROS, MODS, eCase, MEDCHART, and the Health Readiness Record). The MEB Case Manager owns the Medical Evaluation Board and Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) caseload. When a Soldier's condition may end or change their military career, this person compiles the packet, tracks every step, and makes sure nothing stalls. This is detail-heavy, Soldier-facing work where accuracy and follow-through directly affect a Soldier's benefits, career, and family.

Full-time/Non-exempt. Service Contract Act (SCA) covered — SCA labor category: SCA 24550, Case Manager. Wage Determination 2015-4729 (Franklin County, Ohio). Core duty hours 0730–1630 Eastern, Monday through Friday; no services on federal holidays or facility closures; surge support required during Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) events. Reports to: Lead Case Manager.

On-site — Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Medical Detachment, Building 11, Section 11, 401 North Yearling Road, Columbus, OH 43213.

Contingent upon contract award — Anticipated start: September 2026.

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Two or more years of case management, medical records, or military medical readiness experience.
• Experience with disability evaluation, MEB/IDES, profiles, or comparable medical-administrative processes.
• Proven accuracy managing document-heavy caseloads with hard deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and keep a Common Access Card (CAC), including a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 (or higher) background investigation.
• Ability to complete all required Government training within phase-in timelines, including JKO modules (DHA-US298 Medical Readiness Portal, DHA-US299 Administrative Portal, DHA-US001 HIPAA), AT Level 1, OPSEC Level 1, PII, CUI, iWATCH, TARP, MHS Genesis, and Combating Trafficking in Persons.
• Ability to handle Protected Health Information and PII correctly under HIPAA and the Privacy Act, every day and without exception.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and clear written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Army medical readiness systems quickly.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Direct MEB/IDES or PEBLO-support experience.
• Experience in eCase, MODS, MEDCHART, MEDPROS, or HRR.
• Prior military service or work with a National Guard population.
