Job summary

South Texas Health System is seeking a licensed LVN in Texas to perform retrospective reviews for payors, entering ICD/CPT and DRG as indicated within the current documentation system. Weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and on-call status may be required.

The role emphasizes service excellence in every interaction. Candidates should have 5 years of varied clinical experience, basic computer skills, and a commitment to our Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, including required trainings

Qualifications

• Basic Computer skills are required, additional college hours preferred
• Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

• May be occasions when it will be necessary to work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and/or on-call/call-back status.

May be occasions when it will be necessary to work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and/or on-call/call-back status. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Qualifications

• 5 years of varied clinical experience.
