TURN is seeking a housing specialist to work with clients, securing living arrangements and negotiating rents, deposits and move-in terms. You will manage short-term, transitional and permanent housing leases and perform field-based services as required.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or an associate degree with 3 years, or 5 years of related work. A CA driver’s license is required; bilingual abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office and EHR
