Clemson University is seeking a staff member to assist in preparing child support cases for Family court and to support DSS attorneys in courtroom activities. The role includes case follow-up, locating parents, and processing interstate cases, with adherence to agency policies.
Responsibilities also cover client referrals to SNAP E&T, service interpretation, and maintaining case records in the designated system.
Under general supervision they will be responsible for the preparation of child support cases for Family court; performance of activities in the courtroom under the supervision of DSS attorneys; the follow-up on these cases, including parent locate and processing of interstate cases; and is responsible for providing general child support services to clients as required or needed.
GA40 EMPLOYEE TYPE: Time-Limited (TLP) Staff Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be submitted for the required program experience. This position is located in Greenville, SC Expected Salary Range for this position is $40,000- $42,000

Expected Salary Range $40,000 - $42,000 Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
