The Case Manager manages patient flow, working to ensure that care is appropriate, authorized and conducted in the most appropriate setting. This position is vital to provide clinical information and insight to healthcare team members as well as to payer personnel. Acts as an internal resource to Revenue Cycle on clinical issues, serves as a liaison to external case managers, review organizations and insurance companies. This position requires flexibility of hours.EDUCATION:Bachelor of Science of Nursing (B.S.N.) from accredited college or university.
