Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration with partners.
• Experience in workforce development or case management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and supervision of participants for Employment Institute programs.
• Mentor a caseload across Western PA and/or South Central PA.
• Conduct assessments, home/community visits, and one-on-one case management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized career plans and pathways.
• Collaborate with staff, employers, and community organizations to secure jobs with benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of progress and services in compliance with policies.
• Represent Auberle with external groups when needed.
• Perform other duties as leadership directs.

Auberle’s mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities.In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.Program SummaryThe Employment Institute, Auberle's nationally recognized workforce development program, places unemployed and underemployed individuals in career jobs, not just training. Our passionate, mission-driven team supports individuals in overcoming any barrier to employment impacting our participants, their families, and future generations.
