CAMBA is hiring a Case Manager in Brooklyn, NY. You will manage intake, assess tenants, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with referral organizations to help clients achieve stability and independence.
The role involves documenting progress, preparing living plans, and reporting outcomes while adhering to CAMBA policies and federal/state requirements. A bachelor’s degree is required; position is full-time.

Dumont Green is a building which was developed and is operated by The Hudson Companies, a for-profit housing developer. This building is a newly constructed 8 story building with 176 affordable rental apartments and a live-in super in the East New York section of Brooklyn. CAMBA will have a master lease for 33 family units and 3 single units. All of CAMBA’s clients will be formerly homeless and referred by DHS. CAMBA will also be the on-site provider per a NY/NY III contract with the NYCDOHMH. The social services staff is responsible for providing case management and supportive services to the 36 low-income, chronically homeless individuals.

Compensation: $51,000 annually
Status: Full-time (35 hours per week)
