Lifeline Community Services in Escondido, CA is seeking a Case Manager for the Community Services for Families (CSF) Program to work with diverse families. You will provide prevention and intervention support, deliver parenting education, and coordinate services in home and community settings.
The role emphasizes trauma‑informed, strength‑based approaches, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and collaboration with CFWB and partners to help families meet goals and improve child well‑being.
Under the supervision of the Community Services for Families Program Supervisor, the Case Manager works with a caseload of culturally diverse families who are engaged in improving their parenting skills. They provide prevention and intervention support services through in‑home, trauma‑informed, family‑centered, evidence‑based, and culturally competent services, prioritizing referrals received from Child and Family Well‑Being (CFWB).
Provides in-person parenting education to families identified as “at risk” for child abuse and neglect and referred by Child and Family Well‑Being (CFWB), formally CWS and community partners.
Fulltime‑ non‑exempt, $23.00 - $26.00 (DOE) plus bilingual compensation. Eligible for employer benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Generous vacation, personal time, and 14 paid holidays. Flexible spending account and 403(b) Retirement plan available.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at that time. The employee must regularly deal with clients who are experiencing serious problems and that can be very difficult and dangerous. The employee may be required to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of computer.
