Arbor Circle is seeking a Case Manager in Grand Rapids, MI, to provide client-centered case management within Child & Family Services. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and wellness for individuals facing substance use and mental health concerns.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Social Work (Masters in licensable field preferred) and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Behavioral Health Home Regular Full-Time Professional Grand Rapids, MI, US

Salary Range: $37,500.00 To $62,500.00 Annually

Provide quality client centered case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use/mental health concerns. Case Manager will support clinical treatment goals working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Position Requirements
