Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a per diem Case Management Assistant to support care coordination at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. You will work with patients and Case Managers to document clinical information, pursue financial advocacy, and ensure Medicare requirements are met.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred, and 2–5 years in a health-related field. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.

What you need to know

This is a per diem position. Must be available to work between 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 6 weekends a year This position at Baystate Medical Center- 759 Chestnut Street, Springfield.

Compensation

Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

• Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum $20.79 - $23.90 - $28.08
