You will coordinate care plans, connect residents with resources, provide counseling and life skills training, and collaborate with families and teams in a compassionate behavioral health setting.

Coordinate and manage individualized care plans.
Connect residents with medical, behavioral health, educational, vocational, and community resources.
Provide counseling, life skills training, and recovery-focused support.
Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Transport residents to appointments and community activities as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field, or at least 2 years of mental health experience.
Sumer camp counselors and anything related to childcare
1 or more years work experience in entry level position
Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, and Community Care Licensing regulations preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Valid driver's license (if driving is required).
Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance, TB screening, and health clearance.
Starting Pay: $23.00+/hour
