Job summary

Rutland Regional Medical Center in Vermont seeks a Case Manager (RN) to lead assessment, planning and advocacy for patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes and ensure family involvement.

Requirements include BSN or MSN preferred, 3–5 years RN experience in a relevant specialty, Vermont RN license, BLS, and annual safety/infection-control training. This is a full-time day-shift role with rotating weekends and holidays.

Pay Range = $39.09 - $66.14
