Qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in Mass Tort or Product Liability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage case files, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
• Facilitate communication between legal teams, clients, and external parties.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and filings.
• Prepare and organize case materials for meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information securely.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and correspondence.

The Case Manager will bring substaintial paralegal experience (ideally in mass torts or product liability) and will be responsible for preparing drafts of legal documents and correspondence, coordinate between attorneys client and outside and opposing counsel and managing a range of coimplex cases.

Profile

A successful Case Manager should have:

• 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in Mass Tort or Product Liabiity

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $210,000 USD.
