• Assess and monitor clinical interventions and provide individual/group therapy as needed.

This role assesses and monitors the implementation and effectiveness of clinical interventions, conducts individual and group therapeutic sessions with program participants, and coordinates behavior management. The Case Manager discusses areas affecting program participants with related health services, DDD case managers, DVR counselors, Support Coordinators, and families/legal guardians/group home staff.
