Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Case Manager to join the Permanency team. A bachelor's degree in human services (or related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement are required. You will work with families to create stable, nurturing environments and advocate for children's well-being.

You will connect families with community resources, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a passionate team to make a tangible difference in children’s lives.
