Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Case Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field to join our team.

You will work with children and families to help them thrive at home, teaching skills like emotion regulation, healthy relationships, and conflict resolution while collaborating with a supportive team to access community resources. The position offers flexible scheduling with remote work options, 20 days of personal leave in year one (25 after year two), 12

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Experience or passion for working with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on program practices.

We are looking for a full-time Case Manager to add to our team! All you need is a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field AND experience working with children and families. We will teach you the rest!

A Day in The Life as a Case Manager

As a Case Manager, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among others. Case Managers work as part of a team and access, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
