Job summary

Socket.dev in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to own the intake through settlement process. You will liaise between clients and attorneys, coordinate medical treatment, review records, and prepare demand packages.

You bring proven PI case management experience, superb communication, organization, and a problem-solving mindset. Bilingual Spanish/English and familiarity with Filevine, Salesforce, Clio, or CasePEER are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience handling personal injury cases (PI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with case management software (Filevine, Salesforce, Clio, CasePEER or similar).
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Review & Analyze Medical Records – Summarize treatments, assess damages, and prepare detailed case files for demand submission.
  • Verify Insurance Coverage & Liability – Communicate with adjusters and maximize all policies.
  • Prepare Cases for Demand & Negotiation – Draft compelling demand packages with attorneys.
  • Track Deadlines & Manage Case Workflow – Keep timelines and workflows on schedule.

  • Prepare Cases for Demand & Negotiation – Work with attorneys to draft compelling demand packages that drive strong settlements.
  • Track Deadlines & Manage Case Workflow – Keep everything running on time, ensuring that no detail is missed.
