Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado seeks a Registered Nurse to join our full-time day shift team. You will develop care plans across the continuum, align with patient/family preferences, and monitor outcomes through records and assessments.

The role requires an RN license with Associate’s degree; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred. BLS certification is a plus as we promote holistic, whole-person care within a faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• RN required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates plan for care across the continuum, integrating patient/family preferences and values.
• Monitors patient care through assessments, evaluations and/or patient records; advocates for resources and removal of barriers.
• Maintains ongoing dialog with supervisor and health providers to ensure effective health plan implementation.
• Ensures accurate medical record documentation and appropriate post-discharge treatment options.
