Job summary

Anne Arundel County Aging seeks a Full Time, permanent Management Assistant I to support waiver programs and comprehensive administrative functions. You will manage budgeting, procurement, contracts, and records, with regular home visits and client coordination.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in public or business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: One (1) or more years of experience in office management or another specialty area related to the specific position, such as office administration, records management, budgeting, etc.
  • NOTE: Accredited University or College is the recognition from an accrediting agency that an institution maintains a certain level of educational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload of clients through timely assessments and visits, ensuring records and service plans are complete.
  • Coordinate the Plan of Service and services for each client to meet goals.
  • Locate, coordinate and monitor services to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Establish work priorities and manage deadlines to ensure efficient office workflow.
