Job summary

Triage Staffing seeks a Case Manager RN in San Mateo, CA for a 13-week assignment at a Short Term Acute Care Hospital. Requires an active CA RN license and 2+ years of nursing experience. EPIC charting will be used throughout care coordination and discharge planning.

The role features day shifts in a 69-bed facility with standard patient flow and hospital-based case management responsibilities. This position is contracted through Triage Staffing.
