Maola Local Dairies is hiring a Case Dock Operator for 1st shift at our Newport News, VA facility. This on-site, full-time role runs 4:00am–12:30pm with overtime, weekends and holidays as needed, and pays $17.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required, with manufacturing experience preferred.

You will unload trailers, lift pallets, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work area and supporting production as needed.

• Monitors radio systems to ensure effective communication for operational efficiency.

SUMMARY

Supplies Filler Operators with clean and sanitary milk cases to allow production to run efficiently.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

It also requires reaching and handling dairy products and pushing and pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs.

• The work environment may require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids.
