Marsell Wellness Center in Moreno Valley, CA seeks a dedicated Case Aide to support the case management team and help reunify unaccompanied children with sponsors while following policy.
You will prepare, submit, and maintain Foster Parent records; review the ORR portal; conduct Resource Family Home inspections; and assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating social service programs. Attention to deadlines and accuracy is essential. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
A Case Aide provides direct support to the case management team to utilize sound professional judgement and best practices to ensure the swift reunification of Unaccompanied Children and their sponsor(s) while maintaining compliance with established local, state, and federal policies and procedures.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
