Job summary

BDS Auto Advantage is seeking a Cary-based detail technician to join our team. You will clean, detail, and photograph vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment.

This role requires evenings and weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to support our Central NC operations. We offer opportunities at our Cary location and a path for growth within the dealership.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A VALID/ACTIVE DRIVER'S LICENSE
• MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and detail vehicles inside and out
• Clean wheels/tires, upholstery, carpets, and interiors
• Perform clay bar, polishing, paint protection, and light paint correction
• Operate equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, buffers, polishers, and steam extractors
• Photograph vehicles after training
• Track vehicle info (stock #, VIN, make/model/color) and report daily
• Maintain chemicals, tools, uniforms, and a clean work area

What You'll Do

You will clean, detail, and photograph new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 75 lbs . Work includes exposure to strong chemical odors and loud environments.

Schedule

Evenings and weekend availability is required.
