Job summary

Rainforest Carwash of Wiggins is seeking a Team Leader in Training with prior management experience to oversee one of our locations. You will learn to run day-to-day operations and help grow the team while building a rewarding career.

This role offers a five-day work week, 40 hours, weekend work, and potential salary increases plus a bonus. We provide health, dental, vision, life insurance after probation, 401K after one year, and paid vacation to support your growth.

Qualifications

Rainforest Carwash of Wiggins is seeking a candidate for Team Leader in Training. We are looking for someone with previous management experience (preferably in a retail setting) that can manage one of our locations. As you learn to manage one of our stores, you will be eligible for increases in salary and bonus pay. Here you will be an important member of a growing team. What you bring:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft tools and general computer skills
• Must have previous experience managing a business, hiring employees, and handling cash
• Basic electrical or mechanical experience is a plus

The job:

• Five day work week
• Normally home by 8 pm (some days earlier)
• 40 hour work week
• Expect to work weekends
• You will train to run the day to day operations of the facility
