Rainforest Carwash is seeking a full‑time Team Lead for our Meridian location.

If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of an awesome team, this could be the right fit. Shifts run Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8 pm, and require open availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the car wash crew in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure high quality customer service and address any concerns.
• Operate and maintain car wash equipment, following training guidelines.
• Support scheduling, training, and coaching of new team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to company safety standards.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Mechanical inclination; training on equipment will be provided.
• Open to coaching and continuous improvement.
