Responsibilities

• Hospitality: Work the point of sale, greet and check-in carwash guests, sell carwashes, memberships and merchandise, explain differences between offerings, visually inspect cars before entry, maintain a safe environment, complete daily checklists.
• Tunnel: Scrub and pre-wash cars, visually inspect cars for tunnel entry, guide cars onto the conveyor, ensure customers set vehicle controls appropriately, maintain a safe environment, address customer concerns professionally, discuss packages and club memberships, complete daily checklists.
